Shipping & Delivery

Please note that shipping rates are an estimate. Costs may vary due to factors beyond our control and the packing materials used. We will communicate by email with you regarding packing/shipping/freight/courier/or postage costs and insurance costs. These costs will need to be paid online to the Artist or her representative before the artwork can be despatched to you.


All paintings are professionally packed for transit - please allow approximately 5 business days for the customised box to be made.

Warranty
Warranty cover for loss or damage for value of item is included in the shipping cost which will be quoted to you by email.

DELIVERY:

Australia: Approximately 5-6 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

(Delivery within the Perth metropolitan area is free of freight charges. Karen Grimstead or her representative, will arrange to personally deliver your artwork to your supplied address.

International: Approximately 10-18 business days.

All international deliveries will be sent with tracking where possible – in the rare case this isn’t possible for your particular country, we will contact you at the time of despatch to let you know.

No refunds of the delivery charge are made for late deliveries.

Please note if you are an Overseas Customer that Goods may be subject to inspection by your local Customs Inspectors. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:

We are not responsible for any Goods lost or damaged in transit when returned.

Refunds are issued at our discretion once we have received and inspected your returned items.
